2 Aug 2014 (9:00am)
Gresham, NE
$110 per person

First time offering:

Small Unit and Individual Tactics (Click link for course info, including equipment list)
http://www.mwts-training.com/courses/small-unit-and-individual-tactics

Small Unit and Individual Tactics (SUIT) provides the skills and knowledge to understand and employ the basic principles of fire and maneuver, as well as planning, communication, and much more. Force on force scenarios are used to develop that knowledge into a working practice while refining the student's understanding. This class does not teach doctrine, it teaches principles and methodology. In simpler words, it does not teach you what to think, it teaches you how to think.

What this course is NOT:
  • Conflict specific (i.e. will not teach you to fight in Afghanistan, it will teach you the fundamentals of how to fight anyone anywhere, as a unit)
  • Organization specific (i.e. will not teach you to fight as part of LE or mil organizations, although it is very applicable to both of those realms)
  • Ranger School/School of the Infantry/etc. (It focuses highly on the fundamentals, it will not make you into a Rambo or General Lee, but will get you on the right track)
  • A shooting course (Emphasis will be placed on teamwork, decision making, planning, and the principles of fire and maneuver)

Day 1, Classroom:
29 August 2014 (6:00pm)
Lincoln, NE
Day 2, Outdoors:
30 August 2014 (8:00am)
Dwight, NE

$175 per person

Note: For the first run of this course, the fee has been reduced significantly from $250 to $175. This fee still includes use of laser training aides and a copy of the SUIT smartbook. Class will not be held with fewer than 6 students.

As it turns out, I am going to Fairfax to meet with the NRA training department for the originally scheduled week/weekend, so please note the change of date for this course. I have checked with those already registered, and this date will work for them.
