I would think if the first round somehow bounced, that's what the second round for. It's a pretty small probability of it happening in the first place, twice in a row ought to be nigh impossible.

I'd be making a mental note to stay away from that individual in the future unless you wanted to probe for more laughable information.   ;D

9mm rounds from a semi-auto pistol are lethal out to at least 440 yards.
