Aggressive police take hundreds of millions of dollars from motorists not charged with crimes.  The Washington Post has just released the first installment of a 3-part investigative series on abusive Stop and Seize tactics used by LE agencies of all stripes.  David Frye of the Seward County NE Sheriff's Office gets his 15 minutes of infamy.

Nebraska Nice?  Another LE "black eye" for Nebraska.

So, after 9/11, as we all suspected, the Constitution was scrapped.

Actually, the RICCO Law brought back the old English Law of "Guilty Property", which is why the "defendant" in the case illustrated was $25K in cash.   Frye is just an example of a police officer who traded in their oath to "protect and defend the Constitution" for cash.
