NECCW COURSE DESCRIPTION
This is the course required by the state of Nebraska to get your concealed carry license training certificate. All required subjects will be covered thoroughly in the classroom and the pistol qualification will be conducted at our private training facility on the same day. Basic pistol marksmanship and handling will be covered prior to shooting the qualification. A written test will be administered at the end of the class before training certificates are issued. You will leave feeling confident in your ability to shoot your handgun as well as having a firm grasp on the laws and regulations that concern you while carrying your handgun concealed.
For those interested there will also be an introduction to NFA regulated firearms after class is over.

* Knowledge of ways to avoid a criminal attack and to defuse or control a violent confrontation
* Knowledge and safe handling of a handgun
* Knowledge and safe handling of handgun ammunition
* Knowledge of proper storage practices for handguns and ammunition, including storage practices which would reduce the possibility of accidental injury to a child
* Safe handgun shooting fundamentals
* Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to the purchase, ownership, transportation, and possession of handguns
* Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to the use of a handgun, including but not limited to, use of a handgun for self-defense and laws relating to justifiable homicide and the various degrees of assault
