Every parent worries about the teenage years. Let us teach your young adult basic concepts of situational awareness, conflict resolution, and how to respond to verbal attacks and/or threats of violence.

Course Details

88 Tactical's "Teen Primal Defense" is specialized curriculum (3-hrs) tailored for young adults aged 13-17. Your teen will learn how to skillfully navigate virtually any level of conflict with confidence, courage and composure. By course completion, participants will have repeatedly used their newfound skills to assess danger and respond effectively to verbal and physical aggression. Our students gain confidence and are less likely to react out of fear, or be forced to use physical resistance after asserting themselves and setting boundaries. The situational awareness and assertiveness skills your teen will gain from this informative and engaging course will enhance their confidence in all realms, including work, while driving, in social situations and other circumstances when they find themselves away from home or school. A must for the pre-teen through late teen years!

Topics Covered

-What predatory criminals look for in potential victims
-Situational awareness and danger assessment
-Setting boundaries through posture, positioning and verbal techniques
-How to respond to verbal threats, bullying or harassment
-Conflict avoidance and resolution
-How to respond to physical assault if defending yourself is the only option
Students will participate in multiple realistic scenarios with 88 Tactical staff acting as role players.

Young adults aged 13 to 17 only please

Kids should dress comfortably (moderate physical activity)
