As I’ve said many times in class, practicing sighted fire will improve your unsighted fire, but it doesn’t work the other way around.

I agree, with the caveat that nothing but sighted fire is limiting in improving unsighted fire where as it's highly beneficial used to supplement your unsighted practice.
