The
Precision Response Training Blacker Ops Competition Skills seminar is coming up on April 25th, and we still have open slots if you are interested.
Cost: $40
Date: Saturday, April 25th
Time: 8:30am to 11:30am.
In USPSA and IDPA pistol competitions, no matter how good your stage plan or how efficient your movement--in the end, you still have to have high-level shooting skills, in terms of both marksmanship and gun handling.
In May, the USPSA match held at ENGC will be an all-classifier match--six classifier stages so that shooters new to USPSA will be able to get classified in only one match. (And people who have been working hard to get better can raise their classification all at once.)
In the Competition seminar, we take the most commonly-needed skills for that set of classifiers, and work on drills to raise our abilities in those specific areas. We do NOT set up the classifiers and practice them, but instead, work on the
skills needed to be successful on the classifiers, which nicely enough also translates into working on the shooting skills needed to be successful while shooting matches.
For those who have been to our range courses before, we've got a new range area--so when you sign up, watch for the official confirmation email from me giving directions to the new area. Don't go to the old one, we won't be there!
The stages for the classifier match have been posted, so you can take a look them. See the details here for the May 3rd match:
