They are affiliated as far as I can tell, but not one in the same.

THEY ARE ONE IN THE SAME .... kind of  ... or were .....   The brief history ....  although confusing ...  There was a storefront CTD in Ft Worth that the catalog "store" operated out of the back side.  THAT storefront was owned and run by a separate individual than the catalog folks (which also have a warehouse in Louisiana).  About 5-6 yrs ago, the catalog entity opened a retail storefront in McKinney, and man were the prices were anything but "Cheaper Than Dirt"  ... which has subsequently closed.  The Ft Worth retail store has closed and the owner moved to a new location and renamed ... HE is a really good guy and did not advocate or get into the price gouging .... so there you go ... got it?  Good .....
