10 pm news on channel 3 news from Bernie Sanders

Bernie Sanders for president 2016 just said on channel 3 news clip of a campaign stop a few mins ago, when a woman asked what his stance was on guns...his response was that he wants to ban all military style assault weapons looks like he is not worth a vote ... and the field gets smaller and smaller on 2A candidates... not that he was in the running for my vote but some may not know where he stands ...
I will allow myself one personal observation. If you want to disarm yourself, that is your choice. The following quote is a favorite of mine and something to keep in mind when you make that choice.

hilldog pushed him into that in the last couple of weeks.  Im not for him either, but he was pretty pro gun in his home state until she started screaming about it.

Being a former Vermont resident, I can tell you Bernie is NOT pro gun. The only reason he didn't actually try to push a restriction through in VT was because he was fully aware he would be laughed out of office.

It is highly likely the above post may offend you. I'm fine with that.

It's disgusting how they brought back into discussion the liability of firearms manufactures for illegal use of their products.   

I was wondering about the computer industry as a comparison.  Say you make server hardware, and someone uses your product as a mail server and illegally passes classified information.  Who should be at fault?

or better yet sue Ford , Chevy , dodge etc.. etc... for drunk drivers ... like the car company's can control who buys a car or what they do before getting behind the wheel .... 
with all the control they want over guns they still can't face the fact that criminal and crazy's don't play by the rules .....

It's amazing to me that the Democrats are pushing so hard for gun control now and turning it into an election issue, when it has always been a losing issue for them in national elections.

In a recent debate...Hillary said Bernie was not at all tough on guns. Bernie said his NRA D- spoke for itself.

Unfortunately, there are people out there that believe either of these clowns could run our country.  :o

Apparently he resonates well with the college age crowds.They don't trust the Clinton name (rightfully so) and are still so idealistic to believe that everybody else follows the law and everything is someone else's responsibility so Bernie is their best choice to them.

I think it's the promise of Free Stuff that has them all starry eyed.  The generation in college now didn't grow up during the Cold War, so the horrors of socialism aren't real for them.  They actually think it's a viable economic system and if the government just gives it away it'll be "free". 

That, and we now have half the country leeching off the other half that actually produces something.  In a nation of children Santa Claus is a very attractive candidate.

An admitted socialist being popular with those in college indicates the effectiveness of liberal indoctrination in the government schools and through pretend news and entertainment media.  Not trusting Hillary shows that there might be some glimmer of a spark of critical thinking ability buried somewhere deep within them.  So maybe there is hope that at least some of them can be deprogrammed, though probably not until actual life experience adds its own education.

I heard a quote once that went something like this (I don't remember the exact wording or numbers, or who was supposedly being quoted): If you're not a liberal by the time you're 20 you don't have a heart, and if you're not a conservative by the time you're 30 you don't have a brain.

Since even Hillary can't answer the question of what's the difference between a Democrat and a socialist, there really isn't much difference between her and Bernie as far as policy: either of them will tow the Party line to whatever extent Congress will allow it, and civilian disarmament is part of that line.  I can answer the question about what's the difference between a Democrat and a socialist even if Hillary can't: a socialist is honest about being a socialist; a Democrat is not.  And that's the only difference.  And it's the most significant difference between Hillary and Bernie: he's an old fool but at least a more or less honest one; Hillary is one of the most prolific liars in the history of American politics, and together with her husband she wrote a new chapter in the book on political corruption.

Why it's the servers fault.  Everyone knows that.  Just ask Hillary.
