Sen. Sasse heading to Iowa to campaign against Trump

This strikes me as a really odd move for a freshman senator.  I wonder if anyone in Iowa is interested in his rallying against a particular candidate.

Trying to set himself up for a Cruz cabinet position or Ambassadorship, perhaps?
