Nebraska State Statutes also apply:

69-2401 through 69-2425 relate to purchase, possession, transfer, etc.

Then 69-2426 has a little blurb that may impact the present Forum discussion regarding inquiries from physicians.

Next, in 69-2427, the NE Concealed Handgun Permit section kicks in.

What I was confused about in 922 is it talks about "interstate transfer".  Initially I thought that wasn't the law as it didn't mention anything about staying in-state.

More research yielded the tyranny where the courts interpret it whatever way they want despite the wording of the federal law.
