Range Fail

Maybe this has been seen before, but it really hit me as something that could happen.
Everyone at the range should be thinking safety always.

Safety is everybody's business.  In competition the range officer(s) should verify the range is empty.

I was surprised that they didn't verify it was clear first when I saw the guy standing out there.
