Local Appeals court: No Second Amendment right to carry concealed firearms in public

A federal appeals court has temporarily suspended a lower court ruling that cast doubt on the constitutionality of a key provision of the District’s gun-control law. In a split decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit said that there “is no Second Amendment right for members of the general public to carry concealed firearms in public.”

This is why it's so important to get loyal Americans elected: those who have no respect for the law will appoint judges who have no respect for it.  The coming election is a fight over the soul of America; I don't think the Republic can survive another four or eight years of a traitor in the White House.

What do they think the phrase bear arms means?  And how about this one: shall not be infringed?  Those are pretty clear, and there is no ambiguity in them.  Concealed is the way citizens typically bear arms during peacetime.  To make an edict taking away our right to do that is to infringe on our Constitutional right to bear arms. 

This right is reinforced by the right to privacy that is generally believed to be implied in the Constitution (and which liberals talk about as though it's written in stone): if there is a right to bear arms, which there is, and a right to privacy, there is a right to bear arms in a way that those around you don't know you're doing it.

Decisions like this are a dagger thrust into the heart of the Constitution.  Our free republic will not survive attacks of this kind if they are allowed to continue unchecked.  And those who think this kind of infringement will be limited to only the Second Amendment are living in a fantasy world.

These phony judges belong in jail, along with the traitors who placed them on the bench.

The 9th District COA is second only to the Federal COA, with 87% of its rulings  being reversed by the  SCOTUS.

However, the SCOTUS bench is equally divided and if Clinton wins the office of POTUS then the 2nd Amendment is will be her first target and if she can't get it nullified she'll surround it with some many high hurdles that only the Leftist elite will have armed protection.   

The rest of the Constitution will follow in short order as the Democrats follow the EU's led in forcing Socialism (Communism) down our throats.  Obama has done his best to flood our country with illegals, with the Democrats are working hard to give them the vote so the Dems have an unbeatable voting block. Think of the Red Guard during the Chinese Cultural Revolution, with SJW's playing the role of Marxist students rooting out "reactionaries".  They are already practicing on campus.   The Dems are doing their best to be as outrageous as possible with the hope, I believe, of triggering and armed revolt which would give him an excuse to declare martial law and invoke EO 13603

How many members of our military do you think are loyal Americans who would defend the Constitution as they swore an oath to do, thus siding with the patriot militias, and how many are mercenaries, serving for a paycheck, and willing to kill patriots to keep a criminal gang in power?  I hope we never have to find out.

To me there is a threat that a traitor like Obama would go to the UN and ask for a force of peacekeepers.  There are plenty available, from China, Cuba, Islamic countries, etc.  Add to that the massive fifth column he and his fellow traitors have moved into place, and American patriots would have a lot to deal with. 

There are those who think we are entering into the end times prophesied in the Bible, and before those prophesies can come to pass America has to fall.  They might be right.  The betrayals we see being perpetrated on us are massive, and might well be fatal.
