Omaha Police above the law

Off-duty officer who shot at a fleeing car will not be charged. I cannot image an average citizen getting away with this. Why do people tolerate this double-standard?

Not the first time, won't be the last.

Look back to the Omaha Firefighter (also tobacco store owner) a few years back..... He RECKLESSLY USED DEADLY FORCE AFTER a robbery in his store, when he was not justified, and ended up getting his clerk killed. No charges filed. Total garbage....
