Orpheum Theater gun policy question
« on: December 20, 2016, 07:27:16 PM »
Does anyone know what the policy is on concealed carry during a concert at the Orpheum theater in Omaha?

If it is not allowed, since I would feel more comfortable knowing that they make sure no one does it illegally, do they have metal detectors or anything like that to enforce the policy?

I believe that the Orpheum is posted, and that there were no metal detectors that last time I went. It is managed by Omaha Performing Arts and they are pretty much lefty if I remember right. I looked on their website and couldn't find any information.

When I was there last Spring I noticed that there was no sign but no weapons was etched in the glass of the front doors. It is small print and not very noticeable. Entering from the parking area I did not notice anything.
