As the voice of Nebraska Firearms Owners, NFOA invites you to attend our 2017 Annual Members Meeting August 26th from 8 to 4 p.m. at Omaha Gun Club. 

Given the current state of affairs within our country and our state, there are many important pieces of legislation and initiatives we will be focusing on during our meeting.  We need your active participation for the hard work ahead.  We need to actively counter the false narratives and proactively engage, educate and motivate our elected representatives to act in accordance with our State Constitution, Article 1 and the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution. Those working against our cause are motivated, well-manned and well-funded.  While we will always be a grassroots, member-focused organization, we need to rally and step our strategies and tactics to move our agenda forward, and to so, we need you present and ready to add your voice and effort to ours!

Our host sponsor for this year's meeting is Omaha Gun Club who not only is generously donating meeting space, but is providing us some great discounts as well as a 1 Year Silver Membership to the club as a door prize.  In addition to the important work we will cover during the business meeting, we will again offer informative and educational break out sessions and vendors to round out the day.

Not this year.  Last year was before the longer session a FBots of new senators to meet and get to know.  Probably plan another one for next year.  Will definitely make seating and table arrangements more comfortable.

Much to my surprise I just learned I'm not scheduled to work the 26th (I'm scheduled to work the previous Sunday which I normally would have off instead). So looks like I could make the meeting. If its not too late to RSVP.
