When did Gage County become part of of Omaha? Why in the world is this clown always worried about everyone but his own constituents?

the last thing on E.C. mind is the horde of gang bangers shooting up N Omaha because if he did he would loose all his bragging rights on how guns are bad for every one... it's never the criminals fault ... blame it on the gun ..  etc .etc..
