I need a bit of advice on how to build a moving target for the pistol range at the gun club. The Buffalo County Sherrifs and The Kearney Police Dept. both train out there and I think it would be fun just to shoot. I have a pretty good idea on how I'm going to build the base and have a 2.5hp 110v electic motor for the drive. Any input on the length, speed of the targets, and height would help a bunch. I've never shot this type of a target but I have seen on the sportsman channel where they use them at the training acadamy in several places. Any ideas or help would gratly appriciated.
