Gun trusts?
« on: December 25, 2019, 01:39:53 AM »
I've searched around on the forums quite a bit and haven't really found any up-to-date posts about Gun Trusts. I have a few questions about them pertaining to my specific situation. I'm trying to find out if I really need one. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any of you have any basic knowledge or when you need one and when you don't? Do you really only need one once you start acquiring NFA items?

Your best source of information would be from Dick Clark directly. Or you could wait for another seminar on trusts (I attended the last one and it was fantastic). There was quite a bit of information/discussion on how gun trusts can be useful even if you don't have NFA items (in terms of inheritance and potential seizure), but also about how the order of trust formation/NFA item acquisition/adding additional members to the trust is important.
