2A Rally on 2/21/20

I was told there was supposed to be a 2A Rally at the State Capital @ 1:30 (room 1113). I have seen nothing on that, anyone have any info?

If you park at deguns they are busing people to capital at noon. They say the have 2 buses and room for 5 vehicles plus "neighbors" are accepting over flow if needed.
