I noticed that I hadn't seen anything from Bill Aprill on Facebook, and looked up his page, it said that he had passed away, his lecture a year or so back was fantastic, we lost a "good" one here....

Yes, he was absolutely an amazing person and an advocate for our community.  He will be missed
