Does that mean we can come by and pick the weapons up when the gang-bangers lay them down?  I need a new Lorcin.

The city council must be full of children to think that anybody is going to listen to this. They need to come back to reality. I doubt any of the gangs will ever even hear about this stupid resolution.

If they wanted to come up with this touchy feely "look how much we care" crap on their own it'd be one thing. I think their hearts are actually in the right place (it's where their heads are at that concerns me). But we pay them to sit around and brainstorm this rubbish.

The "Conclave of Clowns", that "Fellowship of Fools" know as the City Council strikes again.  Combine them with the idiot at city hall, nothing suttle about the idiot, and it becomes obvious to the most casual observer why Omaha is in the mess it is in.
