Magazine capacity law question
« on: January 31, 2022, 01:31:45 PM »
Hi everyone!  I’m brand new to the community so please forgive me if my asking this question here is not correct.  My question is, what, if any, is the maximum magazine capacity allowed in Nebraska, or more specifically for me, in Omaha.  I just recently purchased an AR-pistol that comes with a 30 round magazine and I was wondering if this would be an issue in the city?  I have been searching the internet looking for a clear cut answer but have not been able to locate one.  I’ve gone to the State Police website, done general web searches and everything, but have not found an answer.  Wikipedia says there is no magazine capacity limit for Nebraska but I know not everything on there is always right.

If anyone could please help me figure this out so that I can avoid unknowingly breaking the law, that would be much appreciated.

Thank you ahead of time.
