PBS new show "Need to Know" topic: Gun control

PBS has a new friday night news show called Need to Know.  (http://www.pbs.org/wnet/need-to-know/)  this friday, May 7th, is their first episode and i think they are talking about gun control.

check it out.  since i work, ill be watching it.  this will air on NET, ill update air times when i can.

they interviewed people from vcdl.org.  (virginia Citizen's Defense League.

I bet it will be educating us all on how firearms are more likely to cause injury or death to people that own them for protection and on and on and so forth.

well i just saw the story.

they interviewed people from VCDL and bloomberg from MAIG.

the VCDL were very smart and represented gun owners well.  they open carried all the time.

bloomberg was a smart talker but he compared selling guns without background checks to selling cocaine to kids.  (at least thats what i think he said)

they also interviewed the Gun Owners of America.

somehow i knew they would interview bloomberg.......

Hmm well at least they included some pro gun groups.

Better balanced than what PBS has done in the past. Still rather heavy on one viewpoint though.
