Ammo Restrictions

I plan on traveling to the East Coast this August. I have been looking over the CCW laws for each state I will be in and have not come across any ammo restrictions (yet). Does any one know if hollow points are permitted in all states or only FMJ solids the way to go?

It is New Jersey that restricts Hollow Points however FMJ Expaning is okay.
