National reciprocity law

http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h112-822    Anybody else see this? How would it fly in Ill.,NY,and Cali? I suspect it wouldn't make it to law with the present administration.  RJ

Its a good start and maybe if passes nationally that it would be construied as unconstitutional and all would have to abide by it measure, just as this national health care program the obama clan is attempting to make law.

I am not so sure that federal involvement in this area is a good thing

Agreed.  State's rights issue in my opinion.

Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.
