CNN) -- This time it was the intruder who called 911. A man who broke into a house in Portland, Oregon, called police -- afraid the homeowner may have a gun. The suspect, Timothy James Chapek, was in the bathroom taking a shower when the homeowner returned to the house Monday night...

Reminds me of a story I read in Armed Citizen Report in NRA rag.  This fella was poking around houses on the edge of town and on at least two occassions he was chased off by gun toting homeowners. When he was pick-up by police he commented that those homeowners should be arrested becasue they pointed guns at him.  :o
