Anyone know anyone in the area that I can send my tula krinkov parts kit to for an SBR build?

Nope. I know the receiver can be found at NoDak Spud but I also would like to find someone to assemble one.

If you are hirering out the assembly they would need to be Licensed as a manufacturer by the ATF, not just a gunsmith.  I know Rod at Exeter Arms is in the process of getting his FFL updated to include that for his new shop.
