Nagant Sling
« on: March 22, 2011, 10:41:24 PM »
Hey Mr. B,
I dug up an old Nagant surplus sling that came with one of the several MN's I have had over the years and low and behold it works. In all three positions no less.  ;D
A set of MoJo's and a sling. VMRM here I come!

Interesting, are you using it like a loop sling?

Yep, loop sling for sitting and prone. I can then pull it out and connect the rear dog collar to make a full sling for standing off hand. It works due to the placement of the sling slot so close to the wrist of the rifle instead of being back by the butt. Really seems to work well.
