Police released the CCW holder and the County Attorney has decided not to file charges.
The master has failed more than the beginner has even tried.

Its nice to see videos like this.  The written stories are all well and good, but seeing it play out on video tends to drive home the point.
It is highly likely the above post may offend you. I'm fine with that.

Good guy +1.
"oh, i don't know why we did it, I was so hopped up on drugs and alcohol"  I get real tired of these excuses.

The only, only reason I would have been reluctant to pull the trigger in this scenerio would have been the gasoline fumes in the area.  Just a thought to add to one's situational awareness.  Otherwise I would say the victim did a good job of trying to diffuse the situation before the perps crossed the line and took it to the next level.

The CCW holder is a member of another forum and wrote about his experience.  He had the gun in the console and the two were trying to drag him out of the car even though he was telling them he had a gun.  Luckily for him, Ohio has Castle Doctrine and he was not ticketed by the police, and has received word he will not be charged with any crime.

As he drove away he was calling 911 and once police were on scene he went back to the station to talk to the police.  He was detained from 11:45 pm (ish) until 3:30 am, IIRC.  His gun was still with police but was to be released back to him within a couple days.
