Store owner not charged .....self defence.
« on: January 18, 2009, 12:06:39 AM »
Who says that "assualt weapons" can't be used for protection.
Notice however one thing  in the article....When they are talking about the gun used in self defence they refer to it as simply an SKS semi automatic rifle. If this would have been the criminal useing the SKS they would have called it an "assualt weapon". The ban crowd would have jumped all over it and the sheep would have followed.

Why do I have a feeling the store owner will face retaliation?

Yep, and it probably won't be while he's standing behind his counter and within reach of his gun.

Same thing happened at that Benson area jewelry store.  They tried to keep the business going but continued threats made them move out.

Yeah, he'd be a damn fool to be a sitting duck in that store: those choirboys he gunned down have "ASSOCIATES".......
The Right to Keep and BEAR Arms is enshrined explicitly in both our State and Federal Constitutions, yet most of us are afraid to actually excercise that Right, for very good reason: there is a good chance of being arrested........ and  THAT is a damned shame.  III.
