Kids say the darnedest things.......
« on: October 26, 2007, 10:46:54 AM »
Yesterday, I went to Dick's sporting goods because they had ammo on sale. $6.98/ box of 50 9mm sounded like a good deal.......... I just had to buy 10 boxes to get that price.............. I told the salesguy that I couldn't swing $70 for ammo right now, as I had depleted the firearms budget for awhile by buying a new pistol recently.

 Salesguy:"Really? What'd ya' buy?"

Me: "A Springfield EMP," and I started to describe it.

My 4 year old son: "Is that the gray one under your shirt?", and points to my right hip...............
The Right to Keep and BEAR Arms is enshrined explicitly in both our State and Federal Constitutions, yet most of us are afraid to actually excercise that Right, for very good reason: there is a good chance of being arrested........ and  THAT is a damned shame.  III.
