Robber shoots self in foot-

This was in the UK.
Besides the obvious shooting of the foot, can anyone else spot the uh-oh mistake this group made?

I believe the video description said this was in Brazil.  Regardless, what was their other error? They had guns and there was a no gun sign?  ;D
