National Take your Daughter to the Range Day

This idea started in the blogosphere, moved to Facebook and with so much interest a website has been formed and a non profit is in the works.
If you are a member of a local range, get with the powers that be and see if they would like to do something to support this.

I don't have a daughter yet but I do have a younger cousin that is grumpy because I don't take her to the range with me.

It is highly likely the above post may offend you. I'm fine with that.

I'm working with the Ikes to set something up for this. It's on the same day as one of the CMP rimfire matches so I'm thinking maybe no match fee for any girls who show up with mom or dad.

I haven't read through the official rules, but I don't see why not. The whole point is to get more girls involved in shooting.
