Been several stories over the last 5 years of being unable to legally resist an illegal action by police officers.
There are similar laws in NE... but I believe they're in relation to the use of force... which... is all fine and dandy if I recall the wording correctly.
I, for one, am glad to see this bill go through so far in Indiana. I prefer cooperating with LEO (they got a nasty job as is and I'm glad if I can make their day a little easier/better), but when a situation arises that it's grossly overdone... yeah... no thanks.... you're in for a fight.
