Going to Denver at the end of the month,
I know I am ok with my Nebraska permit.
Does anybody know of any issues with carry in the city of Denver ??

FLUFF:

Here's a pretty decent website to get you started:

http://www.rmgo.org/gun-law-faqs/concealed-carry-permits

You can work the info chain from that point.

I believe Denver had it's own AWB in place at a time.  That may have restricted "high capacity" magazines and various long guns.  IIRC there was a fight about preemption, but I honestly don't remember how that turned out.  You may want to research that a bit.
