Anybody Been to Biden Tactical?
« on: January 24, 2013, 09:35:32 PM »
“Guess what? A shotgun will keep you a lot safer, a double-barreled shotgun, than the assault weapon in somebody’s hands [who] doesn’t know how to use it, even one who does know how to use it,” the outspoken vice president, a shotgun owner himself, replied. “It’s harder to use an assault weapon to hit something than it is a shotgun. You want to keep people away in an earthquake? Buy some shotgun shells.” -- VP Joe Biden

What insight!

Can we get him to travel to Nebraska to conduct a class and share his wisdom?   Where do I sign up?
"It is better to avoid than to run; better to run than to de-escalate; better to de-escalate than to fight; better to fight than to die. The very essence of self-defense is a thin list of things that might get you out alive when you are already screwed." – Rory Miller

I'm sure his tactical recommendations are based upon his extensive military service.  Oh, wait ....

I do love my shotgun, but I'm thinking I'll stick to my rifle if I'm wanting to keep people away in an "earthquake".

Even better, a double-barreled shotgun was what he said.

You know, not one with a mag tube that holds 3 rounds or more.  THOSE aren't necessary.

ah crap, well I guess I could jam a broom stick in my mag tube to restrict it down to 3 rounds.  That way it will be more tactical and be safer.

Is that why the .mil uses all those double barreled shotguns, Joe?

Is that why the police keep double barreled shotguns in their patrol cars, Joe?

....oh wait a minute!!!!1 ......
The Right to Keep and BEAR Arms is enshrined explicitly in both our State and Federal Constitutions, yet most of us are afraid to actually excercise that Right, for very good reason: there is a good chance of being arrested........ and  THAT is a damned shame.  III.

Yup we all saw how good vice presidents are with shotguns a few years ago.  :o
I'd hate to be a lawyer on that team.

If it's so hard to hit with a semi auto rifle - why is he worried about them

He truly is an idiot.  Some politicians have a knack for saying the wrong thing, but Joe Biden just really isn't very smart.
