Imagine my wonder (ahh moment) when I found that out.
So, if I am in NE and just happen to have a knife (Gerber included) in my pocket, the LEO can (at his judgement) decide if that is considered a concealed weapon. If so, then I lose my Permit to Carry a Handgun card - forever.
Any other state clearly list CCW: and then name off items you can carry legally (eg. knife, firearm, baton, etc.). I think this may be one of the reasons NE fails to reciprocate with other states -- which may have changed recently, though with updates that Iowa has provided to their training courses.
anyone else have inputs?
