But the 60-year-old wasn't sounding too optimistic that Illinois would join the rest of the country in adopting some form of a concealed-carry law. Illinois is the only remaining state where carrying concealed weapons is entirely illegal. That's all right. Many other gun rights supporters were celebrating for him.
