Just read through the Bill again. Seems pretty stupid, and very ambiguous. They don't even define what ammunition is. If you have a shell casing in your car is that considered "ammunition" or is it only a fully ready to fire bullet. What about a lead bullet for a muzzle loader. Is that ammunition or just a ball of lead?
I take my son out shooting all the time with his .22 and the last time his pickup bed had a bunch of spent .22 casings because we were shooting near the back of his truck. He's a juvenile, so does that mean he's in possession of "ammunition" and committing a felony if this bill passes and an officer sees one of the casings in the back. /facepalm
