I only watched the last few moments of the president said.

What is agenda/ items is he proposing?

Also of important note- page 12 deals with Curio and relic firearms. Apparently they want to do away with the 50 year old rule, since it allows importing semi auto rifles. (Since this is such a huge source of guns used in crimes.....NOT!)
