Application for C&R FFL..."Chief Law Enforcement Officer"

Hi,
 I am completing an application for a C&R FFL.  The form requests the name and address of the Chief Law Enforcement Officer.  Can anyone tell me who this would be?  I live in Omaha city limits.  I'm guessing its either Omaha Police Chief or Douglas County Sheriff, but I'm not sure.  Does anyone have a definitive answer?  Thanks for your help.
