Hydro Dipping
« on: April 24, 2013, 10:03:14 PM »
Just wondering if there's anyone that does custom finishes?

specifically hydro dipping. looking to get a Ruger 10/22 Hogue stock dipped in a carbon fiber finish.

Thanks!

I think Wallace11bravo does it, in Lincoln, but he is off the grid in training right now

Maple Creek Gunsmithing in Fremont has a guy that does it for them and seems to do nice work.

I've seen your work in person, and it looks very nicely done.   One of these days I'll need to have you whip something up for me.

Nah, never got very far with hydrographics before L.A.S.R. came along and took over everything. Had to drop duracoating too. Too much to do, too little time.

BTW, back on the grid now.
