sale to a relative

I have a family member who does not live in Nebraska and I do. I may be interested in selling an AR-15 to him, assuming it is legal. Is there a law that would prevent this sale? I'm guessing there is.....

Roper this is my best recollection, (and maybe an FFL can tell you more) But I am pretty sure that except in cases of inheritance from a deceased person, or from an estate, all
interstate
transfers must be processed by an FFL .

Depends upon what state he resides in and thier laws, and if he is picking it up in person from you or if you have to ship it to him.
