Bet the .22 at Scheels was gone by 10:03
I would have driven over, but I did not read the post until 10:30.
I do not need ammo, but I feel like a squirrel in the fall, before a long cold winter. When it presents itself, I buy it and hope I never need it.
As a kid, I would scrape together a couple bucks, and get a brick of ammo, I never remember any stores ever being sold out, and the cost was high at $5.00. I think I usually paid about $3.50 a brick.
A buddy and I would shoot every can, stick, twig, we could take aim at, in a couple shooting holes we knew about.
I hope those times come back again for the kids of this great land.
